SHIPPING/DELIVERY: Return Policy

All merchandise that we offer is guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for 45 days from the date you receive it. Liability of OPG is limited to the replacement of defective parts. If you are unsatisfied with a product or purchase and would like an exchange, refund or credit, we ask that you do so within 45 days of receipt. Returns or exchanges not accepted after 45 days. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Each returned product must be in its original, unused condition. Customer pays freight on all returned orders. OPG will refund return shipping charges if at fault. Original GM products must be in their original packaging. The following products are not returnable under any circumstances: Instruction and Informative Books, Special Orders, Odd Color Requests, Truck Freight Items (Fenders, etc.) Wiring Harnesses, All Electrical Parts, Engines, and Moving Internal Engine Parts. Also Interior Components that have been installed incorrectly are not returnable. Merchandise that has been altered or painted not returnable. Every return must be accompanied by the original invoice, and our "in-house" authorization. All returns must be pre-authorized, or OPG cannot accept the package. All returns are subject to damage inspection.
